Level 80+ people in BF4 Noob Only

      Good evening fellow CM members.

      I hate to be bringing this topic up, but there seems to be a lot of people ranging from 80-110 occupying the CM Noobs Only server. Is the rank cap working because if this continues, most of the noobs will probably migrate to another server with stricter rules regarding stat padders.
