Repeal Ban only if there is an active admin

I joined your guys server today with my friend and not 10mins into playing on it there is a plain as day hacker, and not an admin insight so I try to call him out and get banned for using my adult language which I am entitled to. Teleportation, instant headshots through walls with pistols, hit markers only(unless he wants you to kill him) 5 fucking rounds in the head from an ssr would only provide hit markers. When we all know damn well in good it is a one shot kill at any range shooting in the head. So appeal me not, but if there isn’t going to be an active admin what’s the point of running a server.
